June 24, 2021 Capricorn Full Moon Astrology Forecast

This is a time of sensitive and fluctuating moods, and Cancer moon natives will feel this especially. A wonderful time to concentrate on arts, hobbies at home, aligning with the nourishing effects of water, helping loved ones, keeping shy from strangers and keeping one’s private life hidden from public view.

Capricorn Full Moon on June 24 at 3 degrees will be in close proximity to the Galactic Center, bringing us the potential for success, ambition, honesty and spirituality. This is an excellent lunar phase to repel lies and defy deception, carried through with the undercurrent of the solar eclipse from June 10. The spiritual significance of the full moon correlates with buoyant feelings, euphoria, and a desire to give more, and receive in turn.

This full moon in Capricorn at 3 degrees will create different types of tension, relating to the fact that the moon is least comfortable here, but still generous – the moon wants to be in Cancer, but has no choice but to be in its Fall in Capricorn, where it gazes upon the place it wishes to be. Whether this Full Moon brings a climax, achievement, end or turning point depends on where it falls in your rising Sun sign. Be aware that if you are a Cancer focused person with aspects relating to this house and sign, you may have a harder time expressing yourself emotionally during this time, but career may hold different challenges or successes if you are able to achieve a balance in this polarity.

The Full Moon falls in the house of career or public exposure, making the last days of the month ideal for a presentation or launching an important project you have been working on. This will not stop you from concentrating on what matters most to you. You might want to refer to June 14 and compare how this full moon affects you now, as that date was an important aspect involving a Saturn and Uranus square. You may feel the reverberations through this Capricorn moon, which is ruled by Saturn.

Your ambitions may come alive in both career and the public face of romantic relationships, forcing you to work for what you want in work and play, emotionally. Express how you feel and remind yourself that hard work has rewards, if you are patient. Stormy emotions will dominate the day of the Full Moon.

Earlier this month a new moon and solar eclipse opened new doors to you in the area of relationships. It would be fantastic if you could develop new relationships with your partner and do new things in bed together, but passion is not fuelled by love. Do not expect things to manifest immediately as these doors are special and can take a while to open.

Venus in the late degrees of Cancer may be reserving gratitude for you efforts in relationship. She may offer more potential for love and leisure, a time for play. With this Full Moon, the mood is set fore the betterment of relationships that you have been steadily nurturing, not only in romance but in teamwork and work partners. Investments will pay off, and it will be a doubly good time to seek out new investments, planting the seed now for greater fortune later.

The Sun in Cancer at 3 degress, and Venus at 27 degrees of Cancer, while Moon and Pluto (Earth) are in Capricorn, resulting in polarity. With Moon in Cancer, celebrate the success of long-term professionals and others with the notoriety and authority necessary to follow the call of your craft or knowledge in professional and employment life. As the Moon moves into Capricorn and your ambitious vocation house, your visibility and how your present yourself will illuminate the position you occupy in public.

This aspect promotes a little selfishness in a way that makes us take care of our own needs. A balance between these two energies must be found and this Full Moon invites us to do so. This builds us up in the time and energy that cosmos demands of us, but also lets us down.

Lean into a little work-life balance. Remember how you felt during the full moon and lunar eclipse of Sagittarius on April 26. The eclipses delivered their messages through to last month on May 26. Other energies will present messages on June 26, echoing in the aftermath of the lunar eclipse. This full Moon will also bring into focus all matters regarding work from home situations, remote work, and telecommuting as the energies of home and career are united, in the same way that the moon (home, private life) is united with the sign of Capricorn (career). The world is slowly and steadily transforming from the initial effects from the pandemic, and we may be a bit shell-shocked in this recovery phase as we pick up the pieces.

An optimistic and generous sextile to Jupiter will shine upon us. Take advantage of it when the opportunity for feasting, parties, and big thoughts arise. With more and more people getting vaccinated, there is a general cultural mood and desire for celebration. Jupiter will be inviting many to come out of their shell and party more. Moveable feasts will be around every corner as the world comes alive.

Mercury recently came out of retrograde on June 22 and is now in the shadow period. From now until July 7, your confused messages and thoughts from the past few weeks will begin to clear up. After three long and uncomfortable weeks of miscommunications, meltdowns and malfunctioning planets, communication will finally be back on track. Jupiter’s happy sextile will be in the mood to help you celebrate.

Full Moon Penumbral Lunar Eclipse at 13 Capricorn, July 5, 2020 12:44 AM

This time around we find ourselves at the next Penumbral full moon lunar eclipse. Over and over again we find ourselves presented with challenges by the planets, but perhaps none so much as eclipse season. How are you progressing in your journey of this incredible and vital life?

This time, we experience the eclipse on July 5, in the early morning hours of 12:44 EST. The moon positioned at 13 degrees of Capricorn, opposing the sun at 13 degrees of Cancer. The Capricorn – Cancer polarity is the overriding theme of this lunation. These cardinal signs encompass some of the most important elements of our lives. Cancer is ruled by the moon, and so is at his detriment in the sign of Capricorn, forced to look upon the place where he is at his happiest. This makes for a very unsatisfying eclipse.

Capricorn is the natural 10th house and is ruled by Saturn. Here, work and career is highlighted, rules and the status quo are of importance. We may have volatile emotions embedded in the career field now, nerves may fray, and the crossing of the moon through the 10th house may also, along with the power of the eclipse, usher in endings at the work place, or the endings of projects.

Our personal life may become the subject of public events. How that manifests will come down to individual charts, but expect more break ups between lovers, severed relationships of people who may have formerly been living together, and also, for career positions to come to an end – either expected, or unexpected.

With the sun in Cancer, we will feel nostalgic, we may wish to hang on to the comforts of home and the home environment. Perhaps all the remote work some have experienced is wearing thin, or the opposite has happened — a deeper desire to dig in has taken hold. This lunation will transform our work space, and transform our home space — and in some cases, those places will be one and the same.

Mercury tags along close to the sun, but not too close to be tightly conjunct in Cancer, at 7 degrees. Still moving retrograde, this does mean Mercury and the sun will pass each other, suggesting that Mercury is not only in retrograde and causing his usual amount of frustration, but that additionally as he comes closer and reaches combustion with the sun, communications will be harder and harder. Mercury will have continuing problems communicating effectively. Take a deep breath and be patient with everyone at home, and check the telecommunications equipment.

Venus is striving through Gemini, where she has tread before, but this time, going forward. She has been gaining clarity about her situation, and in the sign of Gemini, the twins, it would not be surprising if she is facing a choice between two lovers, two friends, two investments. Now comes the weighing of value between them all, and this full moon lunar eclipse is ripe for making permanent choices about which path to choose.

Venus sextiles Mars, who is at 4 degrees of Aries where he will remain for the majority of the year. Here, Mars is in his full power, happy to be in the sign he rules. Mars rules over the military, soldiers, warriors, but notably, also the police. Mars has great force, and in its most benevolent aspect, this force is intended to protect the weak, to safeguard those who cannot safe guard themselves. Mars at his best is a hero’s energy — giving of his spirit.

Mars forms a loose square to the sun and the moon. This harsh aspect will find force meets with frustration and that warrior energy will be tested, and it’s expression may not be so benevolent. However, this square is not exact; we may find that the real test is less an expression of violence, but more a transformation of warriors everywhere. Mars in Aries loves new beginnings, and pioneering. Mars is about to be taking down and reconsidering his old structures for new, since we have a retrograde on the horizon. Expect this moon to see a change in how aggression is dealt with. The resolution will accompany friction.

Saturn at 29 degrees of Capricorn and retrograde, is clustered with Pluto at 24 degrees, and Jupiter at 23 degrees. Saturn is coming back in to take care of unfinished business, and he will no doubt be reconfiguring the status quo to accommodate the huge generational changes that Pluto and Jupiter will usher in. Expect the law to be a recurring theme. Keep an eye on the Supreme Court Justices, for the landmark decisions they make during this period will echo for a generation to come.

The uglier aspect of this full moon eclipse is the Jupiter and Pluto conjunction in Capricorn. Pluto destroys and transforms, while Jupiter expands. This is a potent combination, and Jupiter is not happy to be in the constraining house of Saturn. We hope this conjunction passes us by with as little damage as possible, but I would expect to see corporations suffer serious blows, more struggles with economic constraints brought by the coronavirus, and unfortunately, the possible expansion of infection of the virus. This may be further exacerbated by aspect to Neptune in Pisces, who sextiles Pluto, bringing in the moist environment that some of have speculated gave rise to the virus as well, as the origin was indeed, a “wet market”, and between Pisces and Cancer, we have quite a bit of water to contend with.

Uranus at 10 degrees of Taurus is trining the moon in Cancer. He is a third of the way through his journey in Uranus, and we can see by now that changes have been made to the landscape specifically in terms of resources and values. While there are many thoughts on what more can we expect from this aspect – imminent legalization of marijuana, disruption in currency or cryptocurrency — there can be no clearer picture than what is emerging right in front of us, with the monumental job losses suffered in the United States thus far. The issue of resources will be not only those of earth, those of money, but also, those of spiritual mettle and character, as we confront difficulties that will force us to find the inner “gold” of alchemy.

Full Moon at 12° Capricorn: Man on Fire – 06-28-18

06-28-2018 Full Moon
When –
June 28, 2018 ~ 12:54 pm EST / June 28, 2018 04:54 pm UST

Corollary to New Moon at 26° of Capricorn
January 16, 2018 ~ 09:18 EST / January 17th, 2018 ~ 02:18 am UST

This new moon completes a cycle began on January 16th earlier this year with a Capricorn new moon. What makes this lunation significant is that it occurs with Mars at 9° Aquarius – retrograde! We should expect the potential for increased aggression and competitiveness, potential for accident, and the men in our lives to be more harried or energetic than usual.

The sun occupies 6° Cancer, the 4th house of our emotional selves, our private life and our lives at home, while the moon is at 12° Capricorn, the 10th house of Cancer and our community/public life. These cardinal points touch on matters that are important to our lives.

Mars at 9° Aquarius retrograde will form an inconjunct to the sun at 6° Cancer. This can suggest some friction or difficulty, too much force applied to a breaking point, or some frustration on the home turf. It might be a good idea to expend Mars’ radical Aquarian energy and by choosing a pursuit out of the home. Though it could be that an issue from the past is revisited, but not so easily resolved.

Jupiter at 13° Scorpio, also in retrograde, also complicates factors by forming squares to the personal planets. Jupiter squares Mars at 9° Aquarius retrograde, and Jupiter also squares Venus at 17° Leo. There may be friction between the sexes with Jupiter amplifying there differences, or magnetic attraction.

Saturn at 5° of Capricorn is also retrograde – and opposes the sun in Cancer. We should pay attention to our responsibilities both at home and at work to avoid mishaps and misunderstandings. We can expect some element of restriction between career and home.

Mercury at 29° Cancer could signify the potential for endings, or arguments that herald endings. Mercury squares Uranus at 1° Taurus, suggesting that money/finance could be indicated.

Neptune at 16° of Pisces inconjuncts Venus at 17° of Leo, adding some extra tension. While Venus struts her stuff in dramatic Leo fashion, she might be disposed to gamble or indulge a bit more than usual, and conflicts might arise between the need for moderation and the haughty take-all Leo nature.

Mercury at 29° of Cancer enters our lives again, this time as an opposition to Black Moon Lilith at 25° Capricorn. This might not be a good time to send inappropriate text messages/emails, as the response could be both emotional and if it occurs in a work place setting, litigious.

The north node continues through the sign of Leo at 7°, with an ongoing inconjunct to Saturn at 5° Capricorn, but more significantly, an opposition to Mars at 9° Aquarius, retrograde, still ongoing from last lunation.

New Moon at 26° Capricorn: Authority is Challenged

01-16-2018 New Moon

When – January 16th, 2018 ~ 09:18 EST / January 17th, 2018 ~ 02:18 am UST

Corollary Full Moon at 12° of Cancer
June 28th, 2018 ~ 12:54 pm EST / June 28th, 2018 ~ 04:54 am UST

Saturn at 3° Capricorn is only beginning to assert himself in his dignity of the 10th house, the place he feels most at home, where he keeps to the rules, enforces tasks, disciplines and brings with him a melancholic air.

Mercury at 8° and Black Moon Lilith at 7° are conjunct in this Saturnine house of Capricorn. There may be a female energy present who wants to flout authority, and Saturn might well let her, if her alignment with Mercury makes her charming enough to seduce old man Saturn. Or perhaps authority and sexual energy meet through communications, or, taken to a more abstract level, the seduction of business may have all the overtures of sexual advances – but without the sex. Saturn will frown at being taken advantage of unless there’s something in it for him.

Venus at 28° Capricorn is conjunct the Capricorn sun and Capricorn moon at 26°. Money and business flow without restriction, but responsibility and adhering to rules are key. Projects under this moon will have the potential to bear fruit, but they are ruled by Saturn, and so will require the effort and discipline Saturn so favors.

Our more taxing aspects come to us in the form of squares.

Uranus at 24° Aries squares Venus at 28° Capricorn, and the sun and moon at 26° Capricorn. Impulsiveness, brashness, or innovation may divert the careful planning of career-centered Capricorn. Recall the ancient myth of Saturn castrating his father, Uranus – this hard square between Uranus in the first house of the child Aries and the Saturn ruled Capricorn may indicate a similar castrating effect – something new enters the field of play, threatens the current status quo. Saturn is strong in his own house and will smother the new element before it has voice. Do not initiate projects that go against the grain of the established order, for they will not thrive under this aspect.

The North Node in Leo also squares Jupiter at 19° Scorpio, where Jupiter is also conjunct Mars at 24° Scorpio. Jupiter and Mars combine a potent, martial force, gearing up for a fight in the sign of Scorpio where Mars is trigger-happy. Our efforts to take charge will be undermined by this energy.

The semi-squares also give us a series of bitter pills to swallow. Mercury at 8° Capricorn semi-squares Mars at 24° Scorpio, once more reinforcing an undermined authority, but the process is slow and agonizing – could represent a failed business venture of a stock investment that promises more than it delivers through wild ups and downs, or a male figure who cannot communicate the necessary instructions to help a business operate effectively.

Jupiter at 19° Scorpio semi-squares Saturn at 3° Capricorn and the pain of the expanding planet against the planet of constriction here suggest a compartmentalization of underhanded doings or control issues in a business place or authority or even a field itself, where colleagues are revealed to be hiding something in the career field.

Neptune at 12° Pisces semi-squares Uranus at 24°, Venus at 28° Capricorn, and the moon and sun at 26° of Capricorn. This foggy Neptunian energy may give euphoria to a business venture or mislead us into a false sense of security – fraud may be at play.

One inconjunct stands out. Uranus at 24° Aries inconjunct Mars 24° Scorpio. The innovative ego child of Aries and the rapacious Mars soldier have nothing to offer each other here. Inconjuncts or quincunxes are incompatible and there may be no middle ground to work through – we can only try to pacify our self-centered needs (Aries) in a constructive matter and sometimes sports or physical activity, is a good way to off-set this.

~24TH MANSION OF THE MOON: AL SA’D AL SU’UD~

The Luckiest of the Lucky. Gives marital happiness, victory of soldiers but prevents the execution of government. With moon here, build, marry, make friends and travel.

Capricorn Full Moon Conjunct Pluto, 7-9-2017

Capricorn Full Moon

I’m a little later than usual to this week’s lunation; no one, it seems, is escaping the intensity of the recent new and full moons, all urged along under the quickening force of a Fire Trine between Saturn in Sagittarius, Uranus in Aries, and the North Node in Leo, bringing fated circumstances into our lives.

While before, quite a few people were experiencing disruptions under the moon’s passage through Cancer, we now have the full moon transiting through Capricorn, Cancer’s opposite. Pluto waits at 18 degrees with open arms to welcome the moon in conjunction. The moon itself is the natural ruler of Cancer, and so events occurring under the previous Cancer new moon may be transforming, ending, or starting all over again at this powerful full moon. In Saturn’s house of Capricorn, the house of career, it may be the Pluto will tear down previous structures within the home or behind the scenes, and this shaking of foundations will be felt on the career scene as well. Call it astrological whiplash, the effect, of being torn between two realms with also be exacerbated by Mars in his fall in Cancer.

Men or those with more masculine personalities will not sit well with Mars in this position. Mars’ usual propensity for action and battle-frenzy might take on a myriad of forms, but they will be hampered or truncated. Well laid plans will go awry and the potential for violence with Pluto in opposition is high. At best, the men in your life might end up being distracted, making poor decisions, or being ineffectual where before they were focused and sure of themselves. Don’t expect too much from the men in your life during this period, they will not be in a position to deliver results with Mars thus afflicted.

Notable aspects under this lunation include a trine between the Sun at 17 degrees Cancer and Neptune at 14 degrees of Pisces. Given the intensity of the Pluto and moon conjunction, it might be ill advised to wander overmuch, as Neptune might lead one astray; but losing oneself to safe and harmless pursuits is highly recommended. Stay at home and binge watch a satisfying show while the moon and Pluto wreak havoc elsewhere.

Jupiter at 14 degrees of Libra squares off against the Sun in Cancer and Pluto and the Moon in Capricorn at 18 degrees. Relationships will also have a stake in what disruptions Pluto and Mars might bring to the home and career sectors. Lives will be changed forever by culminating events that occur now, and Jupiter square suggests a building friction of people at odds with each other. Whether or not you’ve been vigilant or attentive to maintaining your relationships with others will either bear fruit now — or be torn apart under the force of neglect.

This too, will be exacerbated by the ongoing inconjunct between Jupiter and Neptune. People will be having great difficulty pinning down what they need from others and what they can give them in return; and much of the pain that it stirs will be from lack of clarity and the ability to be decisive.

Also inconjunct is Mars and Saturn. With Mars currently uneasy in Cancer, Saturn has the strongest influence. Expect that any violence or poor decisions that erupt beneath the influence of Mars in Cancer will face up to authoritarian Saturn, in ways we might not expect. Resolutions to these problems may end up drowning in red tape. Justice comes, but not enough of it, and not when it’s needed most.

Lastly, a semi-square between Venus in Gemini and the Sun in Cancer suggest too, that payments are held up or not forthcoming, or love is withheld, blocked, and turned aside — either of these conditions will end up being drawn out and painful, akin to pulling  a band aid slowly in the belief doing so will hurt less in the long run, and there won’t be much solution but to power through it and breathe deep. Eventually, the check will clear, and the reluctant lover will come to a conclusion on whether to nourish romance or wither it.
